Photoreal 3D captures of real objects, rooms and buildings. Explored live in any browser. Filmed from angles no camera could reach. Built into experiences that belong to you alone.
A splat is built from hundreds of my photographs into a living 3D scene. What happens next is up to you.
Live, in the browser, on any phone or computer. No app, no download. People walk around it, get close and find things for themselves.
Most studios send you a film of a 3D scene. I send you the scene.A cinematic film rendered from the capture, along a camera path we design after the shoot: slow glides, impossible fly-throughs, held moments. Made for hero banners, socials, screens and events.
Proof: the candlelit procession through Guisborough Priory. The 3D files themselves, plus high-resolution stills from any viewpoint inside the scene. Ready for your own team, website or 3D pipeline.
Stills from positions no tripod could stand. The camera is virtual. Months later, you can still go back in for a different angle, a closer look or a new film. Nothing is locked in at the capture.
Through a window, above the nave, a fingertip from the glaze. There's no rig in shot, no scaffold and no drone permit, and nothing to paint out.
Separate captures can be combined into one scene: an object set into a place, or two moments brought together in the same space.
The capture is a frozen moment, so I add the motion around it: figures, light, particles, processions. Real place, authored life.
A lost roof, a vanished interior, a window as it once was. Reconstruction sits exactly in place, inside the real surviving fabric.
Every capture is composed, lit and finished like a photograph, because that's where it starts. It's an image first and a dataset second.
Here's what can be layered into a capture to make people feel something, learn something or do something:
It works anywhere: on your website, from a QR code on site, on a gallery screen or in a VR headset.
Turn it over, zoom into the craft and see its true size, with a buy button on the product itself.
Fragile, remote or at-risk places open to everyone, with stories told inside the space.
Real space, light and layout, beyond what a wide-angle shot can show.
Plant, machinery and product, visited without an induction. Striking in tenders and on stands.
A photoreal walk-around for forecourts, classics, restorations and one-offs.
Background plates, impossible camera moves and stills for campaigns and videos.
Remote inductions with hazards and procedures placed in the real environment.
Classrooms, accessible routes and public buildings, explored before arrival.
Splatting is young, and some subjects fight back. I'd rather tell you up front than surprise you at delivery.
I'm still exploring what's possible, and I'm curious. If your subject is on the tricky list, I'll still have a go. Risky captures are done as an experiment, sometimes at no cost, on the clear understanding that a finished result isn't guaranteed. If it works, we both win. If it doesn't, you've lost nothing and we've both learned something.
One splat, processed, cleaned and live on a viewer page or embedded on your site.
A capture with authored layers: points of interest, high-res photographs and story text.
Priory-scale and beyond: reconstruction, authored 3D, motion, film, games and on-site use.

Everything written on one page: what you get, when, and the price.
I photograph your subject, on site or in the studio.
Processed, crafted and handed over live, as a film, as files, or all three.
Tell me what it is. If I haven't tried it yet, I'll probably want to.
